As a former mechanical engineering company our workshop is well-equipped. Every step of manufacturing a cylinder, swivel, piston accumulator or heave compensator can be done in-house. The knowledge of each production process is available. To remain flexibility we’ve also surrounded ourselves with a strong network of suppliers.
To manufacture a high quality products we have to understand the complexity of the application. Assembling a cylinder (or an accumulator or a swivel joint) is an accurate job. Dealing with heavy components and a tight tolerance demands craftsmanship. Our production employees are well-trained and extremely motivated to deliver a complicated product.
All the cylinders are tested to the design and test pressure. Together with the test the final inspection and measurements control of the cylinder takes place. All our clients are welcome to come over to our production facility to witness the test programme and final inspection themselves.
