Vremac Cylinders designs and manufactures swivels that run from one channel up to any number of required conÂnections, with a current record of 20 successful connections. All of our oil connections are produced to industry standards, such as SAE, BSP and STOR.
Performing under pressure
The swivel seals operate in rotating conditions and must be able to withstand pressure from both sides. Our standard swivel seals operate at a rotational speed of up to 6m/sec. Seals that operate at higher speeds are available upon request.
Swivel mounting and integrating is performed in accordance with the specifications of your equipment and can be executed using bolts and flanges, etc.
Submersible swivel
For the deep-sea dredging and mining industry, we have designed a submersible swivel. This swivel is produced using duplex stainless steel (1.4462), has an outside body diameter of 456mm and a shaft diameter of 280mm. It can be used in underwater conditions up to 600bar.
